Senior Project Manager

What you bring to the team, • Project management experience, minimum 6 years, • Expertise in Project Management methodology (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent), • English at C1 is a must, • Expertise in Agile methodology is an advantage, • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM certificates or equivalent is an advantage, , , How your colleagues would describe you, • Able to lead the team without a direct reporting line, • Self-starter, • Skilled to identify and manage various groups of stakeholders with diverse needs, • Clearly communicate and tailor the message to the respective audience, • Prepare and conduct crisp presentations with very detailed information, • Experienced to conduct effective presentations to various groups of people, • Able to deal with ambiguity & uncertainty, • Finding it easy to work in a dynamic environment, • Add structure where the structure is missing, but also may have a flexible approach
