Role: Senior Program Manager – Manufacturing PortfolioLocation: EU-basedDuration: 12 months (ASAP start)Language: EnglishInterview Process: One online interviewOverview:An experienced Program Manager is sought to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple time zones, focusing primarily on the manufacturing domain. Key skills include managing operational hardware, cybersecurity, and OT cloud-based application solutions.Main Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end program lifecycle across multiple, complex projects. Forecast, plan, schedule, and ensure delivery of projects in alignment with business objectives. Oversee and coordinate the work of several project managers, ensuring alignment across the portfolio. Navigate a highly matrixed environment with numerous internal and external stakeholders and vendors. Map out project dependencies and manage cross-functional initiatives across regions. Apply expertise in Planview or similar project portfolio management tools for planning and tracking. Portfolio Focus Areas: Operational & Hardware Projects – Major focus on manufacturing rollout projects. Cybersecurity Initiatives – Ensuring secure operations and compliance across manufacturing environments. OT Cloud-Based Application & MES Projects – Including MES deployment and application solutions. Greenfield Projects & Supply Chain – Establishing new manufacturing sites and supporting small supply chain projects. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Program Manager in complex, fast-moving organizations. Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and related project management challenges. Ability to manage multiple projects across different geographies and time zones. Experience in Planview or equivalent portfolio management tools. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to synthesize complex information, map dependencies, and drive results across multiple teams.
