Senior Production Support Engineer – Global Payments Systems

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in production or application support within high-availability environments., Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database architecture., Proven knowledge of Linux systems and shell scripting (Bash, Python, Java)., Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and system monitoring tools like AppDynamics and Splunk., Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a proven ability to work under pressure., Familiarity with high-frequency change management, automation, and CI/CD pipelines., Good understanding of the application landscape across storage, OS, network, database, and application layers., Outstanding communication skills in English, both spoken and written, within a global organization., Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments supporting production systems., Experience in Payments or financial services., Knowledge of Puppet, Ansible, or similar configuration management tools.
