Salary: 800-1100 PLN/day on B2B Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 3 days per week from the office)   Why choose this offer? The project is delivered in close cooperation with cross-functional teams and focuses on aligning business needs with technical solutions while supporting the long-term product vision and roadmap in an agile environment.   Expected competences and knowledge At least 4 years of experience working as a Product Owner in an agile setup Experience working with distributed global teams Fluency in spoken and written English Customer-centric attitude and strong motivation to succeed Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills Basic knowledge of customer surveys Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and defining clear objectives for development teams Ability to connect team-level objectives with business vision and long-term product roadmap Strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset Ability to motivate yourself and others Organized, responsive, and professional approach with dedication to project success Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field   Nice to have Knowledge and understanding of SAFe Understanding of GDPR principles and handling of PII data Experience with the Qualtrics platform Understanding of customer master data   Responsibilities you'll have Contribute to the development of the experience management domain and support the implementation of Customer Experience Surveys and onboarding to the Qualtrics platform Collaborate closely with Product Manager, business stakeholders, and architects to understand business and technical needs Build and manage the team backlog based on collected requirements Create high-quality deliverables, including requirements and technical specifications supporting deliveries Contribute to vision and roadmap planning by building and maintaining the team backlog Actively participate in Agile Release Train ceremonies and events, setting direction and driving team-level objectives Promote collaboration, transparency, trust, and continuous improvement within the team   Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
