Product Owner (Digital Platform / Transformation Program)We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a major digital transformation initiative focused on building a next-generation member-facing platform.This is a greenfield product environment where you will help define solutions from the ground up. The platform is designed to support users in making informed health and financial decisions through a modern, intuitive digital experience.You will work in close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery and strong alignment between product vision and execution.What You’ll DoDefine and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goalsBuild and manage a balanced product roadmapOwn and prioritize a structured product backlogTranslate business needs into clear technical requirementsWrite actionable user stories with acceptance criteriaCollaborate closely with engineering and design teamsParticipate in Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives)Validate deliverables to ensure quality and release readinessDrive continuous product improvement and optimizationRequirements5+ years of experience as a Product OwnerStrong ability to define functional and technical requirementsSolid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or BalsamiqDeep knowledge of backlog management and prioritization methods (MoSCoW, RICE, WSJF)Strong stakeholder communication skills (including executive reporting)High ownership mindset and accountabilityUnderstanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and release processesCSPO (or similar certification) is a plusTechnical background is an advantageWhat’s OfferedFlexible/hybrid working modelPrivate medical or health insurance (location dependent)Referral program and service awardsLearning and development supportCollaborative, delivery-focused culture with strong ownership and autonomy
