About the project

Your responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for a global platform
• Ensure consistency of product evolution across countries and business units
• Translate strategy into actionable plans and continuously improve product value
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders
• Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Reviews, Planning Poker)
• Collaborate with Scrum Master, designers, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Manage product-related budget, scope, and roadmap execution
• Monitor service quality, incidents, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Define and track platform KPIs and promote product adoption across the organization
• Coordinate with other squads, tribes, and external suppliers to ensure end-to-end delivery

Our requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and product management practices
• Proven ability to define product vision, roadmap, and backlog strategy
• Experience working in international, cross-functional environments
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex needs into solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
