We collaborate with creative, account management, post‑production and operations to ensure seamless, efficient and high‑quality execution across all deliverables. Job Summary We’re looking for a Senior Producer to lead complex, multi‑discipline productions across stills, motion and integrated campaigns. You will oversee budgets, schedules, teams, vendors, shoot operations and post‑production workflows—while acting as a senior point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Ideal for a production leader with strong communication, solution‑focused thinking and multi‑market experience. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end production across stills, motion and integrated content. Manage budgets, schedules, scopes, risk logs and production documentation. Oversee pre‑production including casting, locations, art buying, crew, equipment and logistics. Run shoot operations ensuring safety, efficiency, creative quality and stakeholder alignment. Collaborate closely with creatives, account teams, post‑production and operations. Manage vendor sourcing, negotiation, onboarding and performance. Ensure all deliverables meet brand, technical and quality expectations. Oversee post‑production workflows including edit, grade, retouch, audio and final delivery. Lead multi‑market workflows including localisation, toolkit creation and content adaptation. Act as a senior client contact providing production leadership and clear communication. Mentor junior producers and support talent development across the team. Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Producer across stills, motion or integrated production. Strong budgeting, scheduling and production‑management skills. Experience managing shoots, vendors and post‑production workflows. Confidence leading complex, multi‑market or multi‑discipline projects. Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills. Calm, solutions‑driven approach under pressure with exceptional organisation. Knowledge of production regulations, permitting, insurance and best‑practice standards.
