Senior Process Excellence O2C Specialist

Your responsibilites:Analysis of O2C processes in MGS;redesign processes using best practice;identify continuous improvement opportunities in O2C processes (quality, efficiency);lead the execution of proposed changes, improvements and projects;identify and address control gaps;generating and presenting to diffrent stakeholders the reports;coordinating cooperation with other departments (ex IT, Operational Teams)Our requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) within international, SSC or GBS environments;professional English proficiency at B2+ level;strong E2E understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and supporting systems (focus on Accounts Receivable);proven experience in process improvement and identification of automation use cases;proven ability to lead operational projects and deliver measurable results;hands-on interest and practical exposure to automation and AI (RPA, AI tools, agents);ability to challenge the status quo and drive cross-functional change.
