Senior Power BI & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Reporting Consultant.

We are looking for an experienced Power BI consultant to support the development of enterprise‑grade reporting and analytics based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and identity/governance data from Microsoft Entra ID and Entra ID Governance.The consultant will work closely with internal architects, IT, and business stakeholders to design and implement secure, scalable, and governance‑aligned Power BI reports, including integration with third‑party data source systems such as Probroker.Key ResponsibilitiesPower BI DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards for business and compliance use casesImplement robust data models (star schema, fact/dimension modeling) optimized for performance and reuseApply best practices for DAX, calculated measures, and data transformationsSupport both self‑service BI and centrally governed reportingMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Data IntegrationExtract, transform, and model data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 / DataverseWork with standard and custom Dynamics 365 entitiesEnsure correct handling of relationships, history, and ownership in CRM dataCollaborate with architects and application owners on data semantics and definitionsIdentity & Governance ReportingIntegrate and use data from:Microsoft Entra IDMicrosoft Entra ID Governance (e.g. access reviews, entitlement management, lifecycle data)Build reports supporting:Access control visibilityGovernance and compliance reportingIdentity lifecycle and access insightsThird‑Party System IntegrationIntegrate data from external systems, such as Probroker, into Power BI solutionsDesign and maintain data ingestion pipelines (e.g. via APIs, exports, or intermediate storage)Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and traceability across systemsSecurity, Governance & QualityImplement row‑level security (RLS) and role‑based access in Power BIAlign reporting solutions with information security, data protection, and governance requirementsDocument data models, report logic, and dependenciesSupport testing, validation, and handover to internal teamsRequired Competence & ExperienceMust‑HaveStrong hands‑on experience with Power BI (datasets, reports, DAX, Power Query)Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse as a reporting sourceSolid understanding of data modeling and BI best practicesExperience integrating identity and access data, preferably from Microsoft Entra IDAbility to work independently in a complex enterprise environmentStrong communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholdersNice‑to‑HaveExperience with Microsoft Entra ID Governance reporting (access reviews, entitlements, lifecycle)Experience integrating financial or trading systems such as ProbrokerFamiliarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, or SynapseExperience from regulated environments (e.g. finance, compliance, risk, security)Understanding of data governance, audit, and compliance reportingTechnical Environment (Indicative)Microsoft Power BIMicrosoft Dynamics 365 / DataverseMicrosoft Entra ID & Entra ID GovernanceAzure / Microsoft Fabric (where applicable)Third‑party source systems (e.g. Probroker)Devops
