Your responsibilities:Design and implement the operations workflow to the Compliance org unit to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.Establish standardized workflows for internal communication, document management, and cross-functional collaboration.Connector between the leadership and experts to ensure operational consistency.Meeting & Event Orchestration.Compliance Tracking & Measurements. Implementation Monitoring of Compliance .Maintain real-time dashboards tracking the progress of the Compliance and Unit Objectives.Organize and manage the logistics for 'Info Sessions' and 'Staff Meetings.We are looking for you, if you have:Senior PMO / Advanced Scrum Master Background: Minimum 3+ years in high-level operational roles within IT or Compliance.Tooling Expert: Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet/Excel and data visualization tools  for tracking compliance metrics.Process Engineering: Proven track record of taking an 'unstructured' group and turning it into a structured, measurable unit.Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate high-level goals into actionable tasks for a 50-person team.We offer:Participation in interesting and demanding projects.Flexible working hours.A great, non-corporate atmosphere.Stable employment conditions (contract of employment or B2B contract).Opportunities for development and promotion.Attractive package of benefits.Work model: remote or hybrid (2 days per week from the office).We reserve the right to contact the selected candidates.
