About the project

Your responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Global Services to support planning, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives
• Establish and maintain PMO standards, governance, and ways of working across projects
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT delivery, facilitating clear execution plans
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Provide structured and relevant insights to support decision-making at leadership level
• Facilitate coordination across teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment
• Support teams in maintaining focus, realistic planning, and efficient delivery practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes to enhance delivery effectiveness and predictability
• Assist in resource planning and prioritization across concurrent initiatives

Our requirements

• 6+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Program Management within IT or technology-driven environments
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
• Good understanding of software development and IT delivery environments
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar
• Solid experience in planning, risk management, and dependency tracking
• Ability to create clear, structured reporting and governance frameworks
• Understanding of business context, budgeting, and operational constraints
• Full professional proficiency in English, French is a plus
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to bring structure and clarity in complex environments
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and driving actions
• High level of attention to detail combined with a pragmatic mindset
• Good balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
• Ability to support and guide teams while maintaining delivery discipline
• Results-oriented, with a focus on efficiency and value creation
