About the project

Your responsibilities

• Advise clients on the design, implementation, and enhancement of PLM solutions such as Teamcenter, Windchill, or 3DEXPERIENCE;
• Analyze business and engineering processes, define solution concepts, and support implementation, migration, and rollout activities;
• Take responsibility for workstreams or sub-projects and collaborate closely with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders;
• Contribute to the development of PLM offerings, best practices, and the global PLM community;
• Identify business opportunities, support pre-sales activities, and help grow client relationships;
• Manage stakeholders effectively and align diverse interests to deliver sustainable solutions.

Our requirements

• Degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a comparable field;
• Several years of experience in PLM consulting or implementation, ideally in complex industrial environments;
• Good understanding of product development processes and related areas such as digital twins, MBSE, or systems engineering;
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong communication skills in German and English;
• Team-oriented mindset, passion for innovation, and strong stakeholder management skills;
• Fluent English language skills required; German language proficiency is considered a strong asset.
