Senior Platform Engineer

ResponsibilitiesYou lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Kubernetes environments on public cloud or IaaS platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS, VMware, OpenStack). You create and advise on multi-cloud container-orchestration environments based on customer requirements. Together with the team, you implement and automate CI/CD pipelines and automate environment provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). You design system solutions using open-source components. As the key voice in cloud cost engineering for complex system landscapes, you drive cost-optimization decisions. You happily share your expertise by producing relevant content for clients and interested audiences (e.g., technical articles, blog posts, conference presentations, hands-on training). You enjoy deepening your knowledge in advanced topics such as container orchestration, multi-cloud, edge cloud, cloud-native application migration, serverless, or microservice architecture.BenefitsMotivizer Benefits Platform to choose and manage all your benefits in one place. We have networking events, coding challenges, and company parties for different occasions.QualificationSuccessfully completed degree in computer science, (business) mathematics, physics, or a related field.True Kubernetes specialist with hands-on experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP (certifications are a plus).Proficient in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Crossplane.Daily work with Kubernetes, containers, microservices, cloud-native architectures, self-contained systems, and Site Reliability Engineering.Very good communication skills in English and Polish (German is a plus).Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per quarter.
