About the project

Your responsibilities

• Review, analysis and recommendations of system and performance related requirements,
• Cooperate with customers and delivery team to define performance tests scope and approach,
• Assistance in project planning and scheduling,
• Design Test Plans and Test Cases based on the requirements and project needs,
• Perform system performance tests to ensure the system capacity, reliability and scalability on some of the world’s most popular technology software,
• Create and execute performance test scripts,
• Analyse test results and root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions,
• Support logging and troubleshooting of performance related defects,
• Report on testing effort status and results,
• Provide support for design & development.

Our requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in performance testing (testing of enterprise class systems preferably),
• Experience in independent performance testing approach definition,
• Expertise in testing tools such as JMeter/Load Runner,
• Practical knowledge of preparing/designing, conducting and documenting tests,
• Experience with investigating performance issues in a microservices environment,
• Very good command of English (communication with international project’s team members on daily basis,
• Very good communication skills (both oral and written communication) and ability to work in a group,
• Open minded, with a proactive attitude,
• Analytical skills and attention to details,
• Independence and proactive approach,
• Experience with at least one programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, TypeScript,
• Availability 5 days a week.

Optional

• Experience in test automation area (UI, API testing),
• Experience and knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, DataDog, log analysis tools, etc.,
• Experience in building performance test frameworks from scratch,
• Good understanding of Waterfall and Agile Project Management methodologies,
• Prior experience in working in international environment,
• ISTQB certification,
• CI/CD knowledge.
