Your responsibilities

• Build robust solutions - manage code quality / flexibility to ensure maintainability and changeability of systems
• Technical guidance - support development teams with architectural decisions and best practice implementation
• Deliver according to quality, standards and timeliness to successfully fulfil business requirements
• Process optimization – Improve Agile ceremonies, streamline release cycles and establish governance standards
• End-to-end release management for PEGA UI - Plan, coordinate and execute releases, manage dependencies
• Stakeholder coordination - Serve as primary liaison between DevOps team and our business partners

Our requirements

• Pega platform experience or willingness to develop expertise in Pega ecosystem (System Architect certification)
• 7+ years experience in technical roles with exposure to enterprise application development and system integration
• Strong technical skills with at least 5 years of experience in programming within Pega (i.e. Development Studio)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex technical environments
• Hands-on Pega configuration and DevOps experience i.e. testing automation and release orchestration

Optional

• Experience setting up Development Studio, Application Studio and Blueprint in Pega
• Experience managing Pega platform (maintenance, administration, optimization, security)
• Financial services background with understanding of master data and credit risk management
• BizDevOps experience with understanding of how business, development, and operations teams collaborate
• Proven stakeholder management experience working across multiple teams in complex organizational structures
