Senior Operations Manager

Facilitate workshops and internal meetings to promote agile principles and effective collaboration.

Over 7 years of experience in agile project management, Scrum, or similar roles.
Deep understanding of software development processes and technology fundamentals.
Exceptional communication skills — clear, direct, and impactful.
Proven experience in facilitating workshops and coordinating team efforts.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with agile tools and methodologies.
Ability to operate confidently in a hybrid work environment.
