- Lead development and set engineering standards

- Optimise performance, scalability & database design (SQL Server 2022 / Azure DB)

- Drive Domain-Driven Design within a SaaS environment
Our requirements
- 5+ years’ experience as a Senior / Full Stack .NET Developer
- Strong cloud experience in Microsoft Azure
- Experience with distributed systems & scalable architecture
- Strong SQL & database performance optimisation skills
- CI/CD pipeline ownership experience
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical decisions
- Agile / Kanban environment experience
