Senior MS Dynamics 365 CRM Architect (m/f/n)

For one of our clients, we are seeking a Senior MS Dynamics 365 CRM Architect.ResponsibilitiesDesign and define end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, supporting areas such as Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.Lead technical design and architecture discussions, ensuring scalability, security and performance of CRM solutions.Define and oversee integration strategies, including development of APIs connecting Dataverse-based solutions with external enterprise systems.Provide architectural guidance for the implementation of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps Portal, Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps.Support the development and optimization of mobile Dynamics 365 solutions to ensure usability and performance across devices.Collaborate closely with functional consultants, developers and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system architectures.Participate in project planning activities, including solution estimation, technical planning and implementation costing.Identify opportunities for system enhancements, optimizations and architectural improvements within Dynamics 365 environments.Lead technical workshops, proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot implementations to validate new CRM capabilities and architecture approaches.Ensure high quality delivery of CRM implementation projects, including governance, documentation and technical oversight.Skills and Attributes for Success6+ years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations, particularly within Sales, Marketing or other CRM-related domains.Experience working as a CRM Solution Architect or senior technical consultant with strong development background.Hands-on experience in building APIs and integrations for Dataverse-based solutions.Experience implementing or supporting mobile Dynamics 365 solutions.Practical experience with Power Apps tools, including Power Apps Portal, Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps.Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE architecture, Dataverse platform and Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.Ability to design scalable and secure enterprise CRM architectures.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with consulting and client-facing experience.Ideally, You’ll Also HaveUniversity degree, preferably in IT, engineering or related fields.Additional experience in advanced system enhancements and CRM platform architecture design.Communicative knowledge of German or other European languages.Experience working in international digital transformation or enterprise CRM implementation projects.OfferRemoteRate: up to 185 PLN/h net+VATB2B contract Start: ASAP (we will consider candidates with 1 month availability also)Languages: English min.
