Senior Manufacturing Technology Leader (w/m/x)

Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field., Experience in production / manufacturing leadership roles., Proven experience in setting up or significantly expanding a production line or facility (greenfield or brownfield)., Demonstrated success leading teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment., Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and industrialization., Experience with production planning, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Manufacturing Execution System (MES) systems, and data‑driven decision making., Familiarity with lean manufacturing/continuous improvement tools and methods., Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and motivate Teams., Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., Analytical, structured, and hands‑on mindset., Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize, and deliver on commitments., Fluent in Polish and English.
