Senior Manager, Workplace Operations GSA and EEMEA

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field, 10+ years’ progressive experience in Facilities Management, Experience leading remote teams that are cross-functional in nature, ​Strong knowledge of principles and practices of Facilities Management, Project Management, electrical and mechanical systems, construction, EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety), and all aspects of building operations, Proven track record of a service provider partnership in delivery of Facilities Management related solutions, Experience developing and presenting Business Case and Financial Models (BCFM), Experience with overseeing budgets and financial management, ​Financial acumen required for analysis and decision-making, ​Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications for creating presentations, KPI’s and metrics, Demonstrated record of change management, supplemented by strong organizational skills and an entrepreneurial spirt, couples with the ability to build diverse teams, Demonstrated success as a collaborative and strategic leader, one who fosters a customer, Centric culture focused on engagement and responsiveness, Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to teach and coach individuals from diverse background with varying language and technical skills., Ability to present and gain buy-in from senior leaders on projects and initiatives pertaining to Workplace Operations, Skilled with identifying clear and actionable goals, establishing priorities and achieving measurable results, Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and oral communication skills suitable for a wide range of audiences, ​Fluent in English, Proficiency in German is highly desirable, ​IFMA, CoreNet, BOMA, LEED, or relevant industry certifications, Experience in med tech, life sciences, or related field
