Senior Manager, Procurement Operations

Relevant university degree (e.g., business, supply chain, engineering, or related field), Significant experience in operational procurement, sourcing, or Source-to-Pay processes, Experience managing RFx processes and competitive sourcing activities, Proven experience in leading change and driving performance improvements, Experience with SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms, Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire teams and build high-performing organizations, Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into operational improvements, Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, Proficient level of English, both written and spoken.
