Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, Providing legal advice on matters related to Polish law and company operations, Identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal and regulatory risks, Supporting corporate processes, including internal policies and governance matters, Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal regulations, Participating in negotiations with partners and clients, Liaising with public authorities and regulatory bodies when required, Cooperating with external legal advisors, Monitoring changes in legislation and advising management on potential impact, Experience working in an international company, Experience supporting cross-border transactions, Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations, Experience working with external law firms and advisors
