Einleitung
This role exists to drive consistent, competitive, profitable, and sustainable growth across the Foods portfolio. For our Customer Development team, we are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager who will lead key customer relationships and accelerate value creation in a dynamic retail environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and deliver the customer strategic business plan internally and externally
- Independently manage the customer P&L in close collaboration with the Group Account Manager
- Build strong, sustainable customer relationships
- Develop and execute integrated promotional plans, including customer sell-in
- Lead internal customer processes (forecasting etc.)
- Lead local annual contracts and support international negotiations
- Support strategic initiatives (3Y plan, JBP, strategic innovation positioning)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive optimal business solutions
- Track customer performance and drive best-practice sharing
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Three to five years of experience in Key Account Management or a related function such as Trade Marketing (FMCG experience is an advantage)
- Strong ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
- Team-oriented mindset with strong consumer and customer focus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Solid understanding of the market, retail landscape, and competitive environment
