You will be an essential part of the IT Delivery Office, overseeing strategic retail business initiatives across multiple IT structures, known as 'boxes.' In this role, you will collaborate closely with IT and business teams to ensure transparency, consistency, and successful delivery. Your mission will be to monitor, guide, and optimize delivery processes, proactively ensuring the timely delivery of products across various IT teams in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.Your main responsibilities:Coordinate the delivery of business initiatives within IT BOXes to meet organizational goalsSupport decision-making by providing data-driven insights and comprehensive analysisPresent recommendations and evaluate the impact of various delivery optionsCollaborate on innovative scope adjustments to meet critical deadlinesEnsure delivery efforts align with strategic organizational plansWork closely with Box Owners, IT teams, and Business Strategy Office to drive progressCollect, analyze, and share data on planning, progress, and team structuresMonitor key process metrics and performance indicators continuouslyParticipate in optimizing delivery processes and implementing best practicesDrive continuous improvement across software delivery and initiative portfoliosYou're ideal for this role if you have:Minimum 7 years of experience as a Delivery Manager, IT Program Manager, or Technical Project ManagerProven success in leading and delivering complex IT initiatives within high-stakes environmentsAbility to creatively adjust project scope in collaboration with business unitsExperience working in cross-functional and matrix organizationsProficiency with project, portfolio, and data analysis tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Power BI)Strong data analysis skills supporting strategic business decisionsExcellent communication and presentation skills in Polish or EnglishKnowledge of both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologiesAbility to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentProactive mindset and excellent stakeholder relationship-building skillsIt is a strong plus if you have:Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)Experience in digital banking projects or fintech environmentsLanguage Required for the role:Communicative proficiency in Polish and EnglishEligibility for the role:Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.We offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
