Senior HRIS Specialist (f/m/x)

Lead and coordinate international HR digitalization projects, primarily related to SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and Fiori Portal
Act as local system owner for HR IT applications, ensuring stable operation, continuous improvement and alignment with business needs
Drive implementation, upgrades and transitions between system versions or modules, including coordination with IT and external providers
Analyze HR processes and translate business requirements into system solutions and process standardization
Plan and execute system testing activities (e.g. UAT, regression testing) and ensure successful releases
Provide 2nd level support to end users, investigate system issues and coordinate resolution with IT or vendors
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to optimize and digitalize HR processes
Facilitate and moderate cross-location project teams and workshops
Maintain up-to-date documentation for HR processes and system configurations
Support the implementation of the HR 3-Pillar Model from an HR IT / systems perspective within the country
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, labour agreements and internal governance

Experience in a HRIS / HR IT / HR systems specialist role (min. 4 years)
Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors
Experience in HR system implementations, upgrades or system optimization projects
Strong process analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience in project coordination or project management
Good understanding of HR processes and HR data structures
Knowledge of data protection regulations and HR-related compliance topics
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Business-fluent German and/or English
University degree (preferably IT, business administration or similar)
Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in an international environment
