Senior HR Manager

Zakres obowiązków Job description:* Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with the organisations operational and project‑based needs* Streamline and enhance core HR processes to improve efficiency and consistency across locations* Introduce clear frameworks for roles and competency levels.* Build development solutions for employees and managers* Oversee HR systems and tools, ensuring continuous improvement and effective utilisation* Support managers in people‑related decisions and organisational planning* Coordinate HR activities across multiple sites and lead the local HR team* Ensure compliance with internal standards and employment regulations* Strengthen communication, onboarding, adaptation and performance‑related processes* Drive initiatives supporting organisational change and optimisation of HR‑related costsGI Group Poland is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
