Senior HR Generalist

Min Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field, 7+ years in HR roles, preferably in production companies, experience in HR department of shared service organization is an advantage, Experience in recruitment for different white collar positions, Fluent Polish and English, Hungarian would be an advantage, Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR policies, Analytical and problem-solving abilities, Excellent organizational and communication skills, Coaching and consulting leadership, Performance management and training coordination, Conflict resolution and employee relations, Workforce planning and succession planning, Digital agility (e.g., HRIS systems)
