It involves comprehensive review & analysis determining eliminations and adjustments of consolidated figures in line with IFRS reporting standards and in accordance with Heineken policies. And proactively participate in various Finance projects in the company (e.g., M&A, Digital Backbone, IFRS 18 implementation). Your responsibilities would include:Record to Report - Period End CloseAlign with OpCo on complex accounting topicsRecord and monitor Group eliminations and consolidation adjustmentsMonitor consolidated view (M&A, FS notes, PoliciesAlignment with Group stakeholders on internal and external reportingRecord to Report - Group Financial Reporting (Group)Update SAP BCS system configuration for (external) disclosuresPrepare primary FS notes and disclosuresQuarterly CBS & DNB reporting to authoritiesRespond to inquiries from authoritiesEquity lift-up (Alignment Tax, Treasury, CorporateRisk ManagementICFR control design – focus on impact External DisclosuresAlign accounting & controls with Group auditorsMonitor Legal structure Mergers & Acquisitions (Regional/Global scope)Guidance M&A accounting. Align with OpCo and Group stakeholderDefine and monitor accounting treatment and consolidated group impactCapability ManagementSupport Global trainings, workshops & webcastsBusiness Process & TechnologyProactive engagement in the Finance Transformation agendaParticipate or lead projects that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Finance and other Global functions within HEINEKENSupport D&T to manage technology platforms (SAP GR + ICMR)Support future vision and architectural proposal for Financial Consolidation and Group Reporting You are a good candidate if you have: International academic accounting qualification in Business Economics or Accountancy (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification)Five years of experience in Accounting and Reporting.
