Senior General Accounting Specialist

Zakres obowiązków Perform and review complex balance sheet reconciliations Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Reconcile bank accounts and cash transactions Investigate and resolve complex reconciling items Perform variance analysis and provide insights Ensure alignment between subledgers and general ledger Collaborate with global and US-based teams Support process improvements and standardization Support month-end close activities Wymagania 4+ years of experience in accounting / financial reporting Strong experience in balance sheet reconciliations and GL Understanding of end-to-end accounting processes Experience with bank reconciliations and variance analysis Exposure to international environment / multiple entities Advanced Excel skills Fluent English Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Oferujemy Comfortable office location in Gdańsk Oliwa Hybrid work model: 4 days per week from the office and 1 day per week from home Private medical care (Lux Med) Life insurance (Unum) Benefits platform (with the option to purchase a Multisport card) Employee Capital Plans (PPK) Annual bonus
