Senior Fullstack (React/RoR) Developer

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with React and Ruby on Rails for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a leading global provider that gathers information and reports to enhance the environmental and social impacts on the business.This role requires working hours with overlap till 7pm-8pm CET.Requirements:5+ years of experience in React with TypeScript.Experience with Ruby on Rails-based back-end development.Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience with Agile development methodologies.The ability to plan, track, and ensure timely delivery.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain applications collaborating within cross-functional squads: engineers, designers, and product managers.Actively participate in squad meetings to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.Ensure smooth UX, performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, leveraging cross-functional expertise to address complex challenges.Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and contribute to improving code quality and test automation within a team-oriented environment.Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and foster a culture where everyone can learn and grow together.Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in web development, sharing knowledge and insights with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.Tech Stack: Frontend: React/TypeScript, Material UI.
