This role plays a crucial part in developing our next-generation Customer Engagement platform, aimed at transforming our CRM capabilities with a modern, AI-embedded solution.Main ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics / M365 Sales.Configure CRM entities, forms, business rules, process flows, dashboards, and UI components.Implement and maintain plugins, custom actions, Dataverse APIs, and JavaScript customizations.Build and maintain CRM integrations using APIs, Power Automate Cloud Flows, ADF pipelines, and Azure services.Support data-model alignment and ensure secure, consistent data flows across systems.Ensure stable application infrastructure, environments, monitoring, logging, and releases via CI/CD pipelines.Maintain documentation and transparency across CRM deliveries.Collaborate with architects, developers, consultants, SMEs, and system owners across Personal Customers.Support engineering best practices and guide CRM developers.Key Requirements4+ years of experience with C# / .NET3+ years of MSSQL experience4+ years of extensive experience with versioning / PR due diligence2+ years of experience with JavaScript / jQuery2+ years of experience with Power Automate3+ years of experience with Azure pipelines (CI/CD on DevOps)2+ years of experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)2+ years of experience with Azure logging & monitoring2+ years of experience in platform engineering & environment managementHands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365Deep knowledge of M365 Dataverse and Sales configuration/customization1+ years of familiarity with Dynamics 365/ Azure security models2+ years of Terraform scripting experience3+ years of hands-on experience building and integrating with APIs2+ years of experience with data governance principlesDeep understanding of when not to code2+ years of hands-on experience with Power Automate Cloud flowsKnowledgeable about OAuth solutionsNice to HaveGeneral platform engineering & environment management experience, particularly in AzureExperience with CI/CD best practicesFamiliarity with advanced API integration techniquesOther DetailsThe preferred location for this hybrid role is Vilnius, Lithuania, with a minimum of 3 days onsite each week.
