You'll have the chance to help us use conscious branding to become a force for good, making a real difference for the environment, our employees, and society as a whole.Come and make an impact with us!What you will do:Create and plan digital marketing campaigns for B2B clients, including recommending the most effective channels, touchpoints and formats (with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads)Research customer behaviors and preferred digital channels.Translate brand and marketing strategy into clear digital campaign plans and actionable marketing activitiesDevelop recommendations for lead generation initiatives, including lead magnets and content-driven campaignsCollaborate with brand management and business teams to ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and B2B communication objectivesIdentify key channels and analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimizationDefine campaign KPIs and success metrics aligned with marketing and business goalsWork closely with internal teams and external agencies to implement and optimize campaign strategies across multiple projectsStay up to date with digital marketing trends and innovations, including emerging applications of AI in marketingWe look forward to working together if:You have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign strategy, or performance marketingYou have a strong understanding of B2B marketing and brand positioningYou have strong analytical thinking, content strategy, and proficiency in digital advertising platformsYou know how to translate high-level marketing strategies into effective digital campaignsYou have experience designing and optimizing paid campaigns across digital channels (especially LinkedIn)You are comfortable working with data and campaign performance metricsYou are able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environmentYou have strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendationsYou communicate clearly and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholdersYou are fluent in English (both written and spoken)Even better if:You have experience working with global brands or external marketing agenciesYou are familiar with tools such as Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Looker Studio, DV360 or The Trade DeskYou have experience with SEO tools such as Semrush or AhrefsYou are interested in new technologies and AI applications in digital marketingOur Offer:Feel Good, Do Good: Private healthcare (Luxmed), Multisport card, group life insurance (Allianz), Ask Henry - a personal assistant service to help with everyday tasksLearn & Grow: Knowledge-sharing sessions, access to e-learning platform, possibility to join mentoring program, English classesBalance That Works: Hybrid model in Kraków and Warsaw, remote work in other locations (in Poland)Be Yourself, Belong: Inclusive culture where you can be your authentic self, a team that values different perspectives and backgroundsEat, Laugh, Celebrate: Daily breakfasts and twice a week lunches in the office, occasional company events
