Your Tasks - What You can expect as Senior Digital Production Expert (f/m/d):

• Industry 4.0 technologies: You identify, evaluate, and implement Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, machine learning, automation) into shopfloor processes to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and improve quality.
• Digital Shopfloor Operations: You implement digital shopfloor initiatives aligned with business goals and standards, while monitoring operations, analyzing key performance indicators, and leveraging data insights to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with the network, data center, and security teams, especially for OT setup, to ensure seamless operations across shopfloors. You build and maintain strategic relationships with key technology partners and sourcing providers.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: You identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during the adoption and implementation of digital production technologies.
• Defining IT Requirements: You support the business in defining IT requirements and are responsible for managing the demand management process.
• Compliance and Security: You ensure that digital production projects adhere to relevant industry standards and security protocols to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance.

Your Profile - What do You bring as Senior Digital Production Expert (f/m/d):

• Studies: You have a Master's degree in computer science, IT or manufacturing systems.

• Professional Experience:

  • You have more than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a track record of implementing digital solutions or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • You are experienced in designing and implementing IoT solutions for digital production environments.
  • You have experience in working with different stakeholders across geographies.

• Technical Skills:

  • You have proficiency in Industry 4.0 technologies like IoT, automation, cloud computing, sensor technologies, edge computing, etc.
  • You have worked with MES, OT and SAP interfaces.
  • You have used process mining tools such as Celonis and/or BI tools, to analyze business process performance.

• Expertise: You have a good understanding of manufacturing processes and shopfloor operations.

• Market Trends & Technologies: You have the ability to react to new market trends as well as a high motivation for continuous learning and open-mindedness for new technologies.

• Language Requirements: You are fluent in English, German is a plus.

• Business Trips: You are willing to travel 15% of your time.
