We are partnering with a leading global agricultural company that operates in over 100 countries and is driving innovation in sustainable farming through advanced seeds, crop protection solutions, and digital technologies.We are looking for an experienced Digital Experience & Marketing Transformation Manager to lead the global digital marketing strategy in a senior, high-impact role at the intersection of digital experience, marketing operations, and AI-driven innovation.This position sits close to global marketing leadership and involves collaboration with stakeholders across 90+ markets worldwide. You will own the vision and roadmap for key digital marketing capabilities — including platforms supporting web experience, campaign personalization, and digital engagement — and help scale them across a complex international organization.This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on strategic leader with strong experience in digital product management, marketing technology ecosystems, and transformation initiatives.
