Senior DevOps/SRE – Trading Systems

4+ years of experience in production engineering, SRE, or DevOps within the financial or trading technology sector., Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, or shell scripting., Deep understanding of Linux operating systems and internals., Strong networking knowledge and experience with high-performance, low-latency systems., Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git., Familiarity with SRE/DevOps tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Jenkins, or GitLab CI., Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop automation solutions., Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills., Fluent in Polish and English, with strong command in both languages., Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure., Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)., Background in financial markets or electronic trading environments., Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
