Your responsibilities

• Managing project portfolio according to the company’s standards, PMO methodology, and best professional practices
• Effective management of large project teams
• Managing big, complex, high-risk projects or project portfolios for the public sector, mainly
• Ensuring the completeness and quality of project documentation
• Being in the Bid Leader role, responsible for presales quality and effectiveness in the public tenders, mainly
• Developing client/subcontractor/vendor relationships during the presales and delivery processes
• Conducting training, workshops, and presentations for Sii audiences and clients
• Participating in conferences or other events to promote the Sii’s project management maturity and potential

Our requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent educational or professional experience and qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of experience in presales and delivery of IT projects at the enterprise level, with a special focus on public and utilities sectors
• Experience in managing both software implementation and software maintenance projects
• Good understanding of SDLC and cloud computing
• Extensive experience in managing fixed price projects
• Competency confirmed by certificates: PRINCE/PMP/ITIL
• Ability to apply the appropriate approach to project portfolio management (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)
• Knowledge of public procurement law and experience participating in public tenders
• Familiarity with negotiation techniques
• Ability to drive teams to have motivation and passion for complex and difficult presales and delivery processes
• Can-do attitude, natural passion, and ability to establish good, positive relationships with people
• Very good command of English and Polish
• Residing in Poland required
