Senior Data Quality and Governance Analyst

Establish and drive data governance program, including policies, standards, and frameworks that win business buy-in
Supporting the Account in knowledge management by establishing and documenting data flows and processes
Lead Master Data Management strategy and oversee critical data flows
Build a mature Data Stewardship program and democratize data knowledge across the organization
Partner with IT, BI, and business leaders to solve complex data challenges
Advise clients on governance best practices for their entire data landscape
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions regarding data quality and processes,
Create Data Dictionaries and other metadata and processes documentation to bring clarity to complexity

4+ years in enterprise data governance/management across multiple systems
Strong client relationship management and business analysis experience
Deep knowledge of data lifecycle, governance frameworks, and database management
Fluent English with executive presence
Strategic influencer who gains buy-in and drives change at all organizational levels
Trusted advisor with exceptional listening, negotiation, and facilitation skills
Self-motivated leader with strong ownership and independent thinking
Technical translator who bridges data complexity with business-friendly communication
Familiar with Tableau/PowerBI and SQL (business user), advanced Excel
