Senior Data Analyst (Snowflake)

You will work with Data Warehouse (Snowflake): prepare, transform, and analyze information for reporting purposes, primarily using Power BI or Yellowfin. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reports and dashboards. This position is available exclusively to candidates from Poland. Remote work is possible, but candidates are expected to be willing to make occasional office visits, such as for client visits, team-building events, company events, or other important in-person meetings.Tech StackData Visualization & Analytics: Yellowfin, Power BI, TableauCloud Platforms: AWS or AzureProgramming / Query Languages: SQL (advanced), basic Python (for data manipulation and automation)Data Warehousing: SnowflakeVersion Control: Git, GitHubResponsibilitiesSupport Yellowfin upgrade across multiple regions, including migration of users, reports, and dashboardsReview, fix, and validate reports and dashboards post-migrationIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve reporting issues arising from version, platform, or model changesWork with client support and business teams to validate outputs and obtain formal sign-off prior to cutoverSupport migration of Yellowfin data sources from Redshift to SnowflakeAssess the impact of data model changes on downstream reportingValidate data accuracy between legacy and new platforms and clearly explain any differencesSupport cutover activities and post-go-live issue resolutionRequirementsMust have:At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in BI/reporting environmentsHands-on experience with BI tools (Yellowfin experience highly desirable)Strong SQL skillsExperience working with Amazon Redshift and/or SnowflakeProven experience supporting data migrations, platform upgrades, or reporting transitionsStrong data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis skillsAbility to work across technical and non-technical teams in a delivery-focused environmentStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insightsStrong verbal and written English communication skillsNice to have:AWS experience, including deploying or supporting BI applications e.g. installing and configuring Yellowfin instancesMulti-region or multi-tenant BI environmentsWorking alongside client support or customer-facing teamsExposure to evolving or refactored data models
