Senior Cybersecurity Test Engineering Lead – QA & Automation

Develop and enforce comprehensive test strategies to ensure high-quality, secure software deployment.
Lead automation and quality assurance processes, integrating testing tools within the global framework.
Collaborate with operational, development, and security teams to align testing needs and solutions.
Mentor and motivate testing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Monitor testing progress, prepare reports, and communicate results to senior stakeholders.
Drive automation initiatives to optimize testing efficiency, effectiveness, and security.
Facilitate knowledge sharing within the community of practice to uphold the highest testing standards.

5+ years of experience in software development and testing, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps methodology, and security testing processes.
Advanced data analytics skills for defining and tracking QA metrics.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience mentoring diverse teams.
Solid understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience with Kubernetes, Azure Data Lake, Power BI, or similar cloud and data analytics tools.
Certifications related to cybersecurity, testing, or DevOps.
