Senior Credit Analyst

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field., Multiple years of experience in credit underwriting or credit risk management; experience with the Polish market is highly preferred., Good knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, and credit risk assessments., Analytical mindset and strong judgment to make balanced, risk‑based credit decisions., Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills., Fluency in Polish and English required; additional languages are an asset.
