Senior Business/ System Analyst

We are looking for a Business/System Analyst to join team and support the delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business needs.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in business and/or system analysis, including:gathering requirements from stakeholdersanalyzing and decomposing complex problemsdocumenting requirements using structured approaches (e.g., user stories, use cases, process models)Strong knowledge of requirements engineering practices, including requirement lifecycle management, traceability, and validationSolid understanding of business and system analysis methodologies and best practicesPractical experience with modeling techniques and notations such as UML and BPMN (e.g., process diagrams, sequence diagrams, use case diagrams)Experience in working with cross-functional teams (development, QA, UX, business stakeholders)Ability to translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetingsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic project environmentVery good command of English (both spoken and written)Nice to HaveBasic knowledge of databases and SQLExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsFamiliarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Enterprise Architect
