Senior Business Manager

We deliver innovative solutions to major industries, including telecom, defense, and finance.We are looking for a Business Manager to join our team and help drive our performance and achievements.Your Responsibilities:Driving business growth through the sale of Madiff services (Time and Material, Managed Services / Software Development / Data Engineering / Cyber Security, etc.), both locally and internationallyUnderstanding customer needs and providing professional advice on proposed IT servicesNegotiating terms of cooperation and building long-term relationships with new and existing clients (mainly FTSE 500/NASDAQ100 companies)Collaborating with the recruitment department and managing your own recruitment processes, both internally and externallyMaintaining strong relationships with technical consultants within your business unitContributing to the development and implementation of business strategyBuilding and managing your own sales team with Business Managers to help grow your Global Business UnitRequirements:A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the IT outsourcing sectorProven experience in a similar position in IT outsourcing (essential)Excellent command of English (essential)Strong knowledge of the IT/ITO/ICT industryEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and business developmentAmbition to lead a team and build your own deskExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsWhat We Offer:Work in a multilingual, multinational, and multicultural environment on international projectsOwnership of your own desk and earning potentialPrivate medical care
