Senior Business Analyst (with German)

collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements;
lead and facilitate meetings and ongoing communication with clients;
manage and oversee business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives;
define and structure business requirements in the form of clear user stories;
document requirements using appropriate diagrams, models, and process flows;
take ownership of the business perspective of implemented functionalities;
mentor and support junior analysts to ensure high‑quality deliverables;
support development teams by clarifying requirements to ensure solutions meet client expectations.

proven experience in business analysis within IT projects;
solid experience in requirements analysis;
strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, supported by logical thinking;
experience in working with internal and/or external clients;
excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are flexible in collaboration;
experience with agile software development methodologies;
ability to work effectively in an international, distributed team;
very good command of German (B2/C1) and English (B1+);
high responsiblity and well organized;
proactivenes and eager to learn and grow.
