Senior Business Analyst – Trading & Reference Data (f/m/x)

At least 8 years of experience in business analysis or requirements engineering, ideally within trading or broader financial services, Extensive expertise in reference data and reference data systems, including hands-on experience in modelling and analysing datasets, Good knowledge of UML, with proven experience in data modelling and process modelling, Experience with modelling tools used for diagram creation and documentation generation, Proven ability to produce clear and well-structured documentation, including business and functional specifications as well as interface specifications, Ability to translate complex business and data requirements into clear, actionable deliverables, Strong stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in dynamic and evolving environments, Fluency in English (spoken and written) – mandatory, Fluent Polish required, Residing in Poland required, Spanish language skills
