Senior Business Analyst (Supply Chain, Consulting)

8–10 years of professional experience in business analysis, consulting, or process optimization
Proven experience in analyzing and improving Supply Chain processes, such as planning, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management
Strong process mapping skills and the ability to identify optimization opportunities based on data and KPIs
Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and process/system solutions
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to define KPIs and formulate recommendations that support business decisions
Experience working directly with clients, facilitating workshops, and presenting recommendations to business stakeholders
Familiarity with analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Familiarity with process mapping and business documentation tools such as BPMN, Visio, Miro, or similar
Experience working in project-based environments using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
