Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to participate in a public tender project focused on the development and maintenance of enterprise-class IT systems for a European Agency based in Poland. We are crazy about technology, serious about people.TL;DRWho: Senior Business AnalystEmployment Type: B2BSalary range: Up to ~140 PLN/hStart date: May 2026Project Industry: Public sector What you’ll be doing:Modelling and documenting business processes, value streams, roles, capabilities, and data structures.Eliciting, analysing, and managing business requirements and user stories across the system lifecycle.Translating business and technical needs into clear business and functional specifications.Supporting business stakeholders and Product Owners during requirements definition and software development.Mapping business goals, priorities, system features, and project benefits.Analysing existing systems and identifying solution options and improvement opportunities.Contributing to system design, testing, quality assurance, and change management activities.Designing, validating, and optimising business processes to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.Communicating requirements, scope, and objectives to stakeholders and supporting organisational change initiatives.Performing quantitative business process analysis (e.g. cost-benefit and what-if scenarios) and supporting strategic planning and transition roadmaps.You will be the best fit if you :At least 8 years of commercial experience in IT (5 years in a similar position).Participated in at least one full software solution lifecycle (from concept to implementation and maintenance).Knowledge of business process modelling using BPMN notation.Experience in eliciting, analysing, and documenting requirements and user stories.Experience in creating and maintaining analytical and project documentation in a structured and effective way.Proficiency in using modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect, or similar solutions.At least 2 of the following certificates: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent; Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent; or equivalent certifications recognized internationally.Excellent command in English (C1).Strong analytical and communication skills.What we offerB2B contract.Remote work or working from our Bialystok, Warsaw, Rzeszow offices.
