Senior Booking Plattform Developer (m/w/d)

Introduction

We are looking for an experienced developer (full-stack or backend-focused) to support the continued development of a modern, cloud-based booking and event platform for the hospitality industry. The solution offers intelligent search, booking, and management features for MICE customer inquiries (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events), along with customizable reporting and invoicing functionalities.

Your tasks

Your responsibilities: • You maintain and further develop the existing platform

• You develop and optimize APIs (GraphQL)

• You manage database structures and backend logic using Prisma & MySQL

• You collaborate with the frontend team to implement new features

• You optionally contribute to DevOps processes (CI/CD on AWS)

• You contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

Your profile

Qualifikation

What you should bring:

• Strong experience with Node.js (TypeScript), React & GraphQL

• Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL)

• Familiarity with AWS (especially RDS, Fargate, S3, CI/CD) is a plus

• Solid communication skills (English or German)

• Experience working with complex system architectures and API integrations

• A structured and self-driven working style
