Senior AP Accountant (Stock)

What this role involves:

• You will be responsible for posting retail invoices (purchase of goods) from domestic and foreign suppliers for Allegro Group companies
• Cooperate with suppliers and internal departments, including handling discrepancies between orders and invoices
• Perform analysis, verification, and reconciliation of outstanding payables
• Serve as a subject matter expert in financial and accounting processes for Allegro’s business units
• Have the opportunity to improve and automate financial and accounting processes
• Support the Team Leader/Manager in daily tasks and actively participate in projects and new initiatives

This job is for you, if:

• You are familiar with SAP or Dynamics AX
• You are experienced in posting retail invoices (purchase of goods)
• You have a degree in finance or similar field, or experience in a similar role
• You can communicate in English (min. B2 level)
• You have a working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, vlookup function)
• You are open to communication with other teams, information-gathering, and resolving discrepancies
• You have strong analytical thinking skills
• You are meticulous and detail-oriented
• You can work independently in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines
• You are proactive, communicative, and collaborative
