Senior Analyst Finance

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, 2-4 years of experience in financial analytical skills, factory accounting and clear business acumen., Ability to analyze and explain financial results and forecasts, with strong understanding of Goodyear’s products, policies, business practices, and support structure., Broad exposure to diverse finance and business practices, with strong financial and business acumen., Strong PC skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with solid knowledge of relevant systems (SAP preferred)., Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy; proactive, open-minded team player able to collaborate with different levels of management., Strong sense of urgency, able to manage multiple priorities, with effective communication and active listening skills.
