Senior AI Product Manager – Cybersecurity and Regulation

Own and manage the Cyber AI product roadmap, aligning stakeholders and delivering clear, actionable plans.
Define and adapt Cyber AI products amidst a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Collaborate with control teams and stakeholders across all levels to uncover genuine process needs and opportunities.
Study banking processes to identify controls, interlocks, toil points, and areas for streamlining, ensuring AI automation is targeted at valuable improvements.
Use quantitative and qualitative insights to support decision-making and drive product success.
Ensure compliance with AI governance and regulation standards in a highly regulated environment.

4+ years of experience in product management within regulated, complex, and dynamic environments.
Strong research and communication skills across all organizational levels.
Proven ability to operate at the intersection of business, leadership, and technical teams.
Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
